License, Insurance, and Bond Information
If you need extra garage space or an entire second floor, I want to build your dream. With your project in my hands, you will have more focus and attention to detail than with anyone else. Your project wont be just another job number. Only the best materials will be used, and the best construction methods will be practiced. Your project will be designed and built with close supervision. No stone will be left unturned as every detail will be covered to the fullest. And most importantly, once your project is started the work wont stop until its done.

From custom built $50,000 dollar garages to one car stalls, I build it all. From design, to the day I toss you the keys to your new garage, I offer complete involvement. Using the best contruction methods available along with the finest material, you can expect a garage that exceeds your expectations. Concrete slabs come standard with a 12"x12" grade beam. Overhead garage doors come with aluminum trim to match the soffit. Vinyl siding and 30 year shingles ensure you have nothing to worry about for quite a while.
I can guarantee you that no other company can offer you a garage package with the quality I offer for the price.
If you want vinyl, vertical cedar, aluminum, Hardi-plank, horizontal cedar, or anything else. I know how to put it on. And put it on right. All siding material is applied per the manufacturers instructions so you can take full advantage of the warranty. House wrap or foam can also be applied to cut down on heating/cooling bills.

Window estimates start with an inspection to determine if new windows are needed to begin with. Condensation doesn't mean your windows are bad. Even a breeze blowing through the window doesn't justify a new window. Sometimes a cheap seal needs to be replaced. Other times a window wasn't installed right. And yes, sometimes it's just time for new windows.
I install any type of window you request. I'm not a window manufacturer. I'm not a window salesman. I'm a carpenter that has installed MANY MANY MANY windows. I gain nothing from selling you a window. In my estimates I bid out either Andersen 400 series, Andersen 200 series, Milgard or Pella. I install these windows because I have had no quality concerns with them. As long as they are installed right, you will have no problems . I use Great Stuff-Window and door to insulate the window, and can custom wrap the exterior with maintenance free aluminum. Interior trim will be reused if possible and replaced if needed.
I have built decks, porches, wheelchair ramps, and fences using traditional or composite materials. With the advent of composite materials, in order to have warranties honored, specific guidelines must be followed in the installation process. Also with "green treated" wood, specific instructions must be followed to prevent fasteners from failing. These are just two of the many things an experienced carpenter must be aware of with exterior construction.
The first step before you call, is to make sure you dont have water problems. Fix that issue first. If your dry, call me up and lets make your basement into living space you can enjoy for years to come. If your adding a movie theater, play room, extra bedroom or even a bar, its always the cheapest square foot cost when you fix up the basement. Just to compare, new homes are around 100-125 a square foot. A basment can be only 25-35 a foot.
Do you have an older home with really nice original door knobs that wont keep the door shut? Or the door that needs a healthy pull to get open in the winter, and wont even open in the summer? How about the hurricane force winds through the weather seal? Chances are, if you own an older home, there is something that hasn't been working for quite some time that you wish DID. Getting old doors to shut, seal, and lock isn't just a job of mine, its a game. Its fun to be honest. So give me a call and present me with "your worst", and Ill give it my best.
